Description
Orca, also known as Killer Whale, is the best known of whales of the Northwest Coast, with its distinctive black and white coloring. Orca is frequently displayed in art and told in stories. They are associated with dignity, prosperity, longevity and strength.
Killer Whale clans are believed to inhabit the Undersea World led by the sea chief, Kumguwe. While underwater, they take off their black and white skins and live like clans of humans.
One side painted, one side solid wood. 7" long x 4.5" tall.
